A Lesson of Peace
I find it ironic that a cat in Amman, Jordan, is a lesson in living in harmony with our sworn enemies. Smigel the cat has four kittens and has just adopted four puppies, who she feeds and grooms as if they were her own.
Unbearably Sweet
How heartwarming is this? When polar bears Bill (right) and Lara met for the first time on Friday, they gave each other a big bear hug.Bill was brought from a zoo in the Czech Republic to be Lara's new partner at a zoo in Germany.
